1.How do I order on www.rose-nail.net?
1) You must register as a member of our online shop, only our online shop member can order directly via our online shop
2) Login on our website with your registered email address and fill in your password.
3) Select your desirous item, fill in your requested quantity in the quantity column and then add to the cart. Keep the same doing until all your desirous items are seleted.
4) If you are not so sure what goods you have selected or whether the selected items are right, please click “view cart” key to have a look at any time. If you want to continue the order, please click “order continued” key.
5) When you confirm that you have selected all your desirous items, then please press “view cart” key and then press “order now” key. Before press “order now” key, you have to fill in the “security code”.
6) The last but the most important step is to press “order confirmed” key. Without this step, the order will not be originated.
7) Our set minimum order amount is euro500.00. If your order is smaller than euro500.00, But more than 200Euros, we can also accepty, however, we will take 20% of the total amount. As the extra charge of the order. If your order under 200Euros, then the prices will be double.
2.What methods of payment do you accept?
We now accept PayPal, Western Union ,T/T. L/C
3.How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?
our leading time is one week after received your payment.. If the products you order are in large quantity or not in storage, the lead time is about four weeks.
Shipping time :depends on the shipping method: the details as follows:
(1) Express Delivery
such as Fedex, DHL, TNT, EMS…door to door service, it is very convenient and efficient. This mode is suitable for goods with weight from 1kg to 100kgs. Generally goods with weight above 30kgs can enjoy a very preferential price. The delivery time is between 3 to 5 days.
(2) Air-freight Delivery
The goods will be delivered to your nearest (or your appoinited) airport. You need to arrange fetching the goods from airport by yourself. The shipping cost is cheaper than that by express delivery. This mode is suitable for goods with weight from 100kgs to 300kgs. The time is between 5 to 10 days.
(3) Sea-freight Delivery
The goods will be delivered to your appoinited seaport. You need to arrange the pickup job by yourself. The shipping cost is the lowest among the three ones. Usually the minimum charged unit is two cubic meters. This mode is suitable for goods with weight above 400kgs.The time on the way is between 30 to 40days
4.How much postage will be charged for each order?
The shipping fee is subject to the total weight of your order, but don’t worry about the shipping fee because we have signed contracts with DHL,TNT,FedEx and EMS and they are offering us good discounts of shipping fee.
5.How can I track my parcel online?
We will send you an email with tracking No and tracking link after sending out your items, so you can track the status of your parcel online. Usually the tracking number will be valid in 48 hours. If there’s still no tracking information available in 3 days, please contactus via email.
6.What kind of currency do you accept?
At present, we accept US Dollars, Euro, CAD,GBP,JPY. If you order from other countries, your credit card statement will reflect the converted amount based on your bank’s real time exchange rate.
7.What can I do, if I cannot place an order successfully online?
If you come across this problem, please try the following step:
1).Please clear the cookies,restart the browser,turn off firewall and then try again.
2).If the problem persists, please turn to another computer or another internet browser, such as firefox, and try again. Or you can try to login after several hours.
3).Read our buying guider carefuly and follow it step by step.
4).If the above step still can’t help solve the problem, you can either send us emails about the details.
8.Can I change my order after checkout?
Please notice that once an order has been placed and processed , it is difficult to make modifications and cancelations. If you need to make an alterations to your order, please email us at sales@rose-nail.net the first time with your order number included. We shall do our best to accommodate your situation. But we are sorry to say that , once your order has been shipped , the order cannot be changed or canceled.
9.What should I do if I never received the shipment?
You can email our sales team about the situation. Once we are confirmed that the items are lost.we will replace it with a new shipment or a refund. Be noticed we weill not be responsible for the loss if you have filled incorrect informaion in the order form And we here kindly remind you the you should track the items online frequently after we send you the tracking infomation so that to avoid any trouble that may be caused in the delivery process.
10.What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt?

Please inform us of the situation via email immediately with the photo of the damaged items, As soon as we received your email, we will send out a replacement or issue a refund . please be assured that we will offer a satisfactory solutin for you with in 24 hours.
